Hi, I'm Sarah!

When I was in my twenties, I felt hopeless when relationship after relationship seemed to fail. It was always the same story. I was in love but I always found I eventually wanted to connect with other people. I would try to push this desire down, but that didn't work; I started feeling resentful, I cheated, I ended my relationships, left feeling confused and even more lost. Finally, after my last monogamous relationship ended in 2016, I learned, there was another way. I could relate openly. Since then, I’ve made a lot of mistakes but eventually found a loving partner, who I now have a beautiful baby with. We are non-monogamous and I’m so happy now I can have love, intimacy, and even a family and still be totally myself in my relationship.

Systemic coaches, like me, do not just focus on one area but the whole system. In other words, even though you may come here with a specific problem or goal, we won't zero in on that and ignore everything else.

Instead, we will look at all aspects of your life because everything is connected. This is how you will make the lasting and meaningful changes you want to see.
